All plans include member scheduling access. Annual savings are calculated as 12 × the monthly price minus the prepaid annual price.
How annual plans work
Annual memberships are a one-time prepaid purchase covering a 12-month term — they are not a recurring subscription and do not auto-renew.
- Sauna Only, Cold Plunge Only, and Core Recovery: the annual price buys 12 months of access to that plan's services.
- HBOT Starter annual: grants 48 HBOT sessions (4/month × 12) upfront for the 12-month term. Sessions do not reset monthly while the annual is active — they draw down from the 48-session bank until the term expires.
- Elite Recovery annual: grants 96 HBOT sessions (8/month × 12) upfront for the 12-month term. Sessions do not reset monthly while the annual is active — they draw down from the 96-session bank until the term expires.
- Sauna Only: Best for 2–3 visits per week
- Cold Plunge Only: Best for 2–3 visits per week

What happens to unused HBOT sessions if I cancel an annual plan early?
Annual HBOT session banks are granted upfront for the 12-month term and are non-refundable if the plan is cancelled early; unused sessions do not carry over past the term's expiration.
